BODY EXFOLIATION
This exceptional skin softening body exfoliating treatment combines sea salts with essential oils to leave your skin nourished, smooth and supple. Perfect as a standalone treatment, or in preparation for and ESPA massage.
An exclusive body and skin enhancing treatment which can be used in isolation to remove dead or dry skin, or as a preparation for any waxing or spray tan. Containing peppermint essential oils, the ESPA body polish is buffed into the skin using vigorous movements, then removed with hot towels and a moisturiser; leaving skin rejuvenated and soft.

SPECIALISED AND ADVANCED BODY TREATMENTS
A deeply nourishing body massage designed to target areas prone to stress and tension during or after pregnancy. All products used are suited for pregnancy. Includes back exfoliation followed by a full body massage, focusing on areas to alleviate muscular aches while helping to relax, restore and revitalise.
A body wrap specifically designed to comfortably raise the temperature, nourish the skin and induce perspiration to help speed up the elimination of toxins and improve circulation. Includes skin brush, body exfoliation and wrap with scalp massage. Following a shower to remove the wrap, your therapist will apply moisturiser to leave you revitalised from head to toe.

Reiki is an extremely relaxing holistic therapy. It is a non evasive hand mediated energy healing technique. Only shoes need to be removed for the treatment. A Reiki treatment allows free flow energy through the body. Reiki energy will naturally flow to areas where it is most needed. Each recipient will experience the treatment differently to the next.
